Joe Farrell  Market WatchWinter 2009 Well winter season is upon us. As usual the fall market was busy and there were several closings to reward the hard work at our local realtors and the long and grinding search of the Buyers. There continues to be far more product available than there are buyers to purchase them so it remains a "Buyers Market". It does not appear that our market will see any change at least until spring of 2010 so it remains a good time for Buyer's to find a good deal. It usually starts snowing in the low country around Thanksgiving so walking large parcels of bare land becomes a bit more challenging. We'll have the snow shoes ready!
