Joe and his family moved back to Boundary County in 1995 and have enjoyed
every day of it. Joe is happily married to his wife Nancy (since 1980) and they have 4 children , Johanna (born 1986), Amy (born 1987), Jeffery (born 1990), and Janet (born 1992). Important to Joe are strong family values and meaningful friendships.

Joe has enjoyed success as a Realtor in Boundary County since 1997 and is grateful to have a job that he enjoys and meets the needs of his family. He grew up in a real estate environment with his Mom having a very successful office in the Bay area south of San Francisco, California. At the time He chose not to follow in his mothers footsteps but the seeds were planted. The time is right now and He's glad for his Mom's influence.

Joe passed his Brokers exam in March 2006 and continues to enjoy his work.

Joe's goal is to be trustworthy, diligent, and committed to meeting the needs of his clientele. One of the best parts of his job is establishing meaningful relationships and friendships with the people he works with.

Most of Joe's spare time is spent with his family and their various activities. His personal hobbies include: gardening, fishing, hiking, hunting, dreaming, and spending time at their property on the Moyie River!

Joe enjoyed traveling as a young man and recently traveled to New Zealand connecting with daughter Johanna - "pretty special when your children still want to be part of your lives after moving on"
