About Joe Farrell

Joe Farrell Joe and his family moved back to Boundary County in 1995 and have enjoyed every day of it. Joe is happily married to his wife Nancy (since 1980) and they had 4 children, Johanna (born 1986), Amy (born 1987) (Left us in 2008 & is now our precious angel) Jeffery (born 1990), and Janet (born 1992). Important to Joe are strong family values and meaningful friendships.

Joe has enjoyed success as a Realtor in Boundary County since 1997 and is grateful to have a job that he enjoys and meets the needs of his family. He grew up in a real estate environment where his Mom owned and operated an office in Millbrae California. She enjoyed success there and developed Millbrae’s first Condominium project. At the time Joe chose not to follow in his mother’s footsteps but the seeds were planted. Joe moved to Oregon in 1970 and soon after his mom sold her business and moved to the country also. The time was not right for Joe to sell real estate then but enjoys it now and is thankful for his Mom’s influence.

Joe is presently teamed with life time Boundary County resident Darlene Schneider. Darlene brings a broad spectrum of talent and experience and it is a pleasure to have her on board.

Joe’s goal is to be trustworthy, diligent, and committed to meeting the needs of his clientele. One of the best parts of his job is establishing meaningful relationships and friendships with the people he works with.

Most of Joe’s spare time is spent with his family and their various activities. His personal hobbies include: gardening, fishing, hiking, hunting, dreaming, and spending time at their property on the Moyie River!

Joe enjoyed traveling as a young man and still looks forward to any trip that may fit his schedule. In the last decade Joe, Nancy, Johanna & Amy traveled to Hawaii, Joe traveled to New Zealand connecting with daughter Johanna, Joe went to Mexico and traveled with Johanna, Joe, Nancy, Jeff, & Janet went to Cancun Mexico, Joe & Nancy we to Mexico near Cabo San Lucas. Our daughter Johanna was married in June 2011 to Dutch native Wijnand Rijkenberg and now resides in The Netherlands. Next? Probably Europe!
