About Joe Farrell

Joe Farrell Joe and his family moved back to Boundary County in 1995 and have enjoyed every day of it. Joe is happily married to his wife Nancy (since 1980) and they have 4 children , Johanna (born 1986), Amy (born 1987), Jeffery (born 1990), and Janet (born 1992). Important to Joe are strong family values and meaningful friendships.

Joe has enjoyed success as a Realtor in Boundary County since 1997 and is grateful to have a job that he enjoys and meets the needs of his family. He grew up in a real estate environment with his Mom having a very successful office in the San Francisco Bay area in Millbrae, California. At the time he chose not to follow in his mothers footsteps but the seeds were planted. The time is right now and He's glad for his Mom's influence.

As business grew in 2004 Joe hired Tanja Farrens as an assistant who brought 11 years of customer service, sales, & marketing from Caribou Creek Log Homes. Tanja is a licensed Idaho Real Estate Agent and they now work as a team. Joe has continued his education progressively and has earned his Brokers license, GRI, ABR, & CRS respectively.

Joe's goal is to be trustworthy, diligent, and committed to meeting the needs of his clientele. One of the best parts of his job is establishing meaningful relationships and friendships with the people he works with.

Most of Joe's spare time is spent with his family and their various activities. His personal hobbies include: gardening, fishing, hiking, hunting, dreaming, and spending time at their property on the Moyie River!

Joe enjoyed traveling as a young man and still looks forward to any trip that may fit his schedule. In 2002 Joe, Nancy, Johanna & Amy traveled to Hawaii. In 2004 Joe traveled to New Zealand connecting with daughter Johanna -& in 2007 fall went to Mexico and traveled with Johanna, then in spring 2008 Joe, Nancy, Jeff, & Janet went to Mexico. Next?
