Trevor Schneider

Born and raised in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Growing up in this amazing area with two brothers and a sister we spent all our time outside, I got hooked on hunting and fishing at a very young age. Always looking for new areas to increase my hunting options I became very familiar with all the unique territory Boundary County has to offer. As a teenager, I started working in construction building homes with my brothers, allowing me to learn the aspects of structural design. I later went to work in the early stages of land development and improving the quality of land. In 2015 I decided to pursue a career in real estate and entered the competitive marketplace in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. I eagerly studied the market my first year as a licensed real estate agent and began implementing new technologies into the business to more effectively serve my clients. After more than a year of learning and success Joe Farrell and Darlene Schneider invited me to join their team at Pace-Kerby in Bonners Ferry. I jumped at the opportunity to join their team and return to my beloved hometown to serve the people of Boundary County. When there is no big game hunting to be done I occupy my free time in the mountains or on the water. Our distinct 4 seasons gives a wide range of outdoor activities. Swimming, camping, and hiking in the warm months, then when the snow starts falling I get excited to pull out the snowmobile and snowboard and head for the hills. I look forward to sharing with newcomers the amazing qualities that this area has to offer!
